Laminate worktop
The melamine laminate worktop is made of a water-repellent wood particle (E1 class) panel with a high-pressure plastic laminate (HPL) coating. The decorative laminate, created by layers of paper impregnated with thermosetting resins, is subjected to the combined action of heat (>=120°C) and high pressure (>=5Mpa) giving the finished product mechanical, physical and chemical resistance, easy workability and great simplicity of maintenance. Available in various thicknesses, it can have different looks suitable for both classic and modern models, depending on the finishes chosen and the work performed (worktop post-formed edge, worktop square edge or inclined ABS1 edge).
Layered HPL worktop
La struttura del top HPL è composta da strati di carta Kraft impregnati con resine termoindurenti e sottoposti a un processo di pressatura ad alta pressione; questa lavorazione dà origine a un materiale compatto, caratterizzato da una superficie non porosa. Disponibile in diversi spessori e finiture.
